Sequence of Bending

  • Insert tube over mandrel
  • Grip end of tube with clamping die
  • Close pressure die
  • Select bending angle
  • Initiate bending electrically through PLC
  • Release both clamping and pressure die
  • Remove bent portion out of roller die
  • Proceed with next bend
